Members of PRECISION ROLE PLAY shall at no time discriminate against any person on any basis to include but not limited to their race, age, sex, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, beliefs and so on.
PRECISION ROLE PLAY is constantly in the public eye and thus shall always maintain a professional appearance while representing the department at any time. (This includes language used on radio channels and department communications)
PRECISION ROLE PLAY shall not have a group political stance or agenda, and thus shall not support any candidate or their agenda at any time unless it directly affects the department as a whole or our mission.
PRECISION ROLE PLAY shall provide proactive patrol presence in our coverage area at all times. The department shall also provide timely response to all calls for service received through AST 9-1-1 Communications District using the prescribed department priority dispatch orders.
PRECISION ROLE PLAY shall maintain a high level of public trust, therefore matters of department business are to remain "in house". This is also a matter of officer safety and breaches, will not be tolerated at any level.
PRECISION ROLE PLAY employees shall treat citizens, coworkers and other agency employees with the up-most respect at all times. Harassment, sexual or other put-down type actions, will not be tolerated at any level.
PRECISION ROLE PLAY reserves the right to offer or deny employment to any lawfully qualified candidate on reasonable basis, however, false representation of one's position or identity is considered misconduct and shall be grounds for immediate dismissal. An offer of employment from this agency is in no way a contract and may be terminated by either this agency or the employed party at any time, for any reason.
If any of theses policies are broken, disciplinary action will be taken against the offender.
